Pin·zi·mi·ni (pin-zuh-MEE-nee):

N. A diminutive version of the word pinzimonio, which describes the Italian dip for vegetables and bread.


Our version of pinzimonio is high quality olive oil infused with sea salt and fresh herbs, served with crusty bread for dipping.
