Martial Arts On The Go

"Martial Arts on the Go serves northern VA and believes in martial arts for all. We provide instruction in Jiu Jitsu, Striking, Kickboxing, and Self-Defense for ages 3+. We also offer summer camps and after-school programs with pick-up from schools.

Our culture at the school is rooted in humility. We like to keep our martial arts effective, but playful. It’s an environment that kids and adults alike will feel challenged and pushed to grow. Respect and discipline are tenants of martial arts, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun.
