Welcome to Natalie’s, a unique eatery in Old Town Fairfax offering gourmet French-Vietnamese fusion sandwiches or banh mi. What is banh mi you ask? Banh mi in Vietnamese literally means bread, and was introduced to Vietnamese culture as the French baguette during the French Colonial days. The sandwich combines French influences such as baguette, pâté, and mayonnaise with Vietnamese flavored fillings and ingredients like cilantro, cucumber, and pickled carrots and daikon radish. In addition to our great sandwiches and sides, we offer made to order sweets such as beignets, crepes and Cafe du Monde coffee and chicory.
