We would like to welcome you to the Airwell Bed and Breakfast, circa 1860, for a romantic, relaxing getaway near the Blue Ridge Mountains. We are conveniently located in Loudoun's wine country just 1 hour west of Washington DC. Enjoy one of our two charming private cottages during any season. Relax on your private stone patio as you watch the sunset over the mountains or sip a glass of wine in front of the cozy fire. A delicious gourmet breakfast is served in the privacy of your cottage or on your patio. Historic Airwell was the home of renowned landscape artist, Lucien Powell , from 1870-1930. Powell designed the stone pillars and fences that surround our beautiful 5 acre property.

Relax with a day of biking, hiking, wine or beer tasting, historical sightseeing, antiquing, or shopping. On the other hand, simply unwind with no agenda at all as you relish the serenity at the Airwell Bed and Breakfast.
